Standard aluminium inclusions in a hot dip galvanising bath can be successfully adjusted by the use of Mazak Limited’s Master Alloys, to accommodate important variations needed by different processes. It allows for rapid increases in the aluminium levels without interfering with the coating process or the fundamental bath contents.
Produced as a standard as 5% , 10% or 15% and as a special as 1.3% to particularly tight tolerances, we are able to produce aluminium zinc master alloys for a range between 1% and 15% within our standard production. Master alloys made between 1 - 5 % can be supplied as a standard ingot or a 1.2 tonne Jumbo and alloys above 5% are supplied in a standard ingot form.
