Standard aluminium inclusions in a hot dip galvanising bath can be successfully adjusted by the use of Mazak Limited’s Master Alloys, to accommodate important variations needed by different processes. It allows for rapid increases in the aluminium levels without interfering with the coating process or the fundamental bath contents.
Produced as a standard as 0.4%, 0.5%, 1% or 4% to particularly tight tolerances, we are able to produce aluminium zinc master alloys. Those can be supplied as a ½, 1 or 2 tonnes Jumbo.
As a special production we can make the master alloy as per customer’s requirement.
We can manufacture alloy to specifications within a very tight tolerance range of 0.1%.
